It is evident that Andrew was underutilized by 60% from 16^th Nov 2010 to 15^th July 2011. He was also underutilized by 10% from 15^th July 2011 to 15^th March 2012 but 60% underutilised from 15^th March 2012 onwards.  This is interesting information from a resourcing perspective.

Now let us analyze the second instance.  Dean was underutilized by 40% from 4^th March 2011 to 15^th June 2011. He was underutilised by 10% from 15^th June 2011 to 17^th Nov 2011. He is underutilised by 50% from 17^th Nov 2011 to 15^th March 2012! From 15^th March 2012 to 15^th July 2012 he is overcommitted by 10% and then again underutilised if he stays just on “JAWS”.
