Project status report shows project team hierarchy, project timecards, project expenses and project team changes. Project status report can be created by clicking on ‘Create status report’ link on ‘Project Dashboard’ page.
Clicking on ‘Create status report’ link opens page for selecting time period for which status report is to be created and also allows users to enter notes. Notes entered by user appear in status report. Project gets selected automatically, if ‘Create status report’ link from project dashboard is clicked. Another way to create status report is by clicking ‘Project Status Report’ link from ‘Analytics’ tab. List of projects then appears for project selection.
Figure 1 shows project status report input page.
Existing status reports can be viewed by clicking on ‘Project Status Reports’ link on ‘Project Dashboard’ page; from here status reports can also be deleted. Clicking on existing status report name opens that status report for viewing.
