Goals are statements that describe what the project will accomplish or the business value the project will achieve. They provide overall context for what the project is trying to achieve, and should align with the business goals of the organization.
BizMerlin makes project Goals management very easy. It lets the user to define separate goals for every project and enables them to keep track of the project progress towards the desired goal. It also lets the user to define their personal goals.
Figure 1 shows the ‘Goals page’ page showing list of all project goals.

BizMerlin allows users to define their own personal goals for individual projects. This can be done by checking the “Is this a Personal Goal?” Check-box on the Goals details page.
