BizMerlin allows users to create different project groups according to which projects can be categorized. Users can also call projects groups to whatever they want, like Client, Department etc, in which word ‘Project Group’ will be changed to whatever user has selected. Clicking on ‘Project Groups’ (or whatever user calls) in ‘Setup’ tab shows list of project groups on ‘Project Groups’ page.

Clicking on project group name on ‘Project Groups’ page shows ‘Project Group Details’ page where user can change project group name and description. Figure 2 shows ‘Project Group Details’ page.

Clicking on ‘New Project Group’ link on ‘Project Groups’ page opens ‘Project Group Details’ page for entering new project group’s details.
