BizMerlin allows you to enter timecards and specify the time spent, and which project should be charged for that activity.
- Optionally, you can also specify on which case (in your case management system) was the time spent, and a URL where the work may be reviewed.
- You can specify the category that the time was spent in, so you can analyze how much percentage of your time you are spending on the various kinds of activities.
- Supervisors can send out reminders (or set up automatic reminders) for users who have not yet entered their timecards.
The same timecard page can also be used to enter vacation hours / sick leave, company holidays (non-Work charge types). Some organizations prefer that vacation hours be charged to a specific project, while other organizations prefer that vacation/sick leaves/holidays not be charged to any project at all. In either case, with BizMerlin, you can choose the mechanism that works the best for you.
Just in case your hand held device sends out emails better than it surfs then web, BizMerlin also allows you to send time cards by email.
