Some examples Say you want a new report that shows all users, categorized by their locations, but you also need the report to ignore certain locations and add an additional categorization on the basis of a custom field that you have established.  While such a report does not exist in the  BizMerlin system out of box, you can easily request one.  When you request the report, the BizMerlin customer team will communicate with you to identify the number of hours needed prior to executing the task.
