- Go to “People” top menu and click on “Directory”.
- Click on the “User’s Name” whose profile you want to complete or edit.
- Click on “Edit Profile” button.
- Edit the details (Please, note that certain fields wont be able to be completed unless pre set in the system. For more information, please go to “Setting up BizMerlin for your Organization”)
- Click on “Save Profile” button.
Change a user’s “Admin” Permissions
- Go to the top menu “People” and click on “Directory”
- Click on the “User’s Name” whose profile you want to complete or edit
- Go to Admin tab, click on “Add to Site Admins” or “Remove from Site Admins”
Change user’s Password
- Go to the top menu “People” and click on “Directory”
- Click on the “User’s Name” whose password needs to be changed
- Below user image, click on “Change password” or Go to Admin tab and click on “Change Password”
