Complete or Edit a User’s Detail Page

[Before you start creating/importing your team members’ details page (‘users’ in BizMerlin), we recommend that you define a couple of parameters in the system, so they are ready when you fill in the information/details in the details page and other BizMerlin modules. Defining these parameters in advance is optional, and can always be defined and/or edited after at your convenience]Complete or edit User’s Detail Page:

  1. Go to “People” top menu and click on “Directory”.
  2. Click on the “User’s Name” whose profile you want to complete or edit.
  3. Click on “Edit Profile” button.
  4. Edit the details (Please, note that certain fields wont be able to be completed unless pre set in the system. For more information, please go to “Setting up BizMerlin for your Organization”)
  5. Click on “Save Profile” button.

Change a user’s “Admin” Permissions

  1. Go to the top menu “People” and click on “Directory”
  2. Click on the “User’s Name” whose profile you want to complete or edit
  3. Go to Admin tab, click on “Add to Site Admins” or “Remove from Site Admins”

Change  user’s Password

  1. Go to the top menu “People” and click on “Directory”
  2. Click on the “User’s Name” whose password needs to be changed
  3. Below user image, click on “Change password” or Go to Admin tab and click on “Change Password”
