Goal Predictive Index

The Goal Predictive Index flag defines the completion progress of the goal. These flags assume a linear progression of goals with time.

Here are the steps to view the Goal Predictive Index:

1. Go to the Gear Icon and open the Goals and Performance Management.

2. On the Goals Management tab, switch on the toggle for Goals Predictive Index.

3. When you switch on the toggle for the Goal Predictive Index you will see the goals reflect the different flag colors on the User view < Goals.

The following  flags will symbolize the goal progress: 

a) Green flag: Goal progress is ahead of the target date.

((Goal Current Date-Goal Start Date)/(Goal Target Date-Goal Start Date))*100=Time Elapsed Values

• • Goal Progress Percentage is between 0 and 100
  • Time elapsed Value lies between 0 and 10
                                                      OR
  • Goal Percentage is greater than Time elapsed Value 
  • Current Goal Value is smaller than  Target Goal Value  
  • Target Date should be greater than Current Date 

b. Yellow flag: Goal progress is slightly behind the Target date.

• • Goal Percent should be smaller than equal to 10
  • Time elapsed value lies between 11 and 20.
  • Target Date should be greater than the Current date.
                                                   OR
  • Current Goal Percent should be greater than 10. 
  • Goal Percent should be smaller than Time elapsed value. 
  • Target  Date should be greater than the Current date.

c. Red flag: Goal Percent is significantly behind Target date.

• • Current Goal Percent should be smaller than 10
  • Time Elapsed Value should be greater than equal to 21
  • Target Date should be greater than Current Date

d) If the Goal progress is completed then:

• • A green check mark icon indicates the goal has been completed before the Target date.

e) If the Goal progress is not completed before time then:

• • A red cross icon indicates the goal has not been completed before the Target date.
