How to invite an Employee to use BizMerlinHR

Once your Employees’/Users’ records have been created, BizMerlinHR will allow you to invite them to to use BizMerlinHR at your convenience.  To do so:

1. Go to your Employee/User record

2. Scroll down to the “Admin” tab

3. Click on the “Invite User to BizMerlinHR” link .

The system will generate a random password, and will send the employee an email with their login credentials (URL, username and password).
