How to launch a check In for an Individual User

Check-Ins facilitate managers and employees to stop the troublesome working, spot the barriers and work it out in a better way. You can also set up monthly check-ins with your employees to unlock workforce potential and map skills and competencies aligned to goals and aspirations that give companies a competitive advantage. 


  1. To Create a Check-In for an individual, search for the user for whom you want to create a check-in and also select the template from the predefined list of check-in templates. You can create a check-in according to permissions granted to you that you can see from Permissions of Check-In. Click on “Create Check-In”.
  2. Based on the template selected, the sections and metrics will appear that were in the predefined template. You can also Customize the Agenda by adding more Sections and items.
  3. You can also import goals for the user if specified any by clicking on “+import goals”.
  4. Click on “ Save Agenda“ to save your changes.
  5. Once you have saved and submitted it, the check-in will be in the final stage and uneditable.
