How to launch a check In for an Individual User
Check-Ins facilitate managers and employees to stop the troublesome working, spot the barriers and work it out in a better way. You can also set up monthly check-ins with your employees to unlock workforce potential and map skills and competencies aligned to goals and aspirations that give companies a competitive advantage.
- To Create a Check-In for an individual, search for the user for whom you want to create a check-in and also select the template from the predefined list of check-in templates. You can create a check-in according to permissions granted to you that you can see from Permissions of Check-In. Click on “Create Check-In”.
- Based on the template selected, the sections and metrics will appear that were in the predefined template. You can also Customize the Agenda by adding more Sections and items.
- You can also import goals for the user if specified any by clicking on “+import goals”.
- Click on “ Save Agenda“ to save your changes.
- Once you have saved and submitted it, the check-in will be in the final stage and uneditable.
