In performance reviews, we can use assessment templates to scale section value and final value.

We can use it for individual metrics within sections as well while creating a performance review.

Assess the goals by assigning goal types, which include the assessment templates.

Goals

We can use this assessment scale while importing goals in performance reviews. However, the evaluation scale maintained at the goal type level will override this assessment scale.

The assessment scale can be saved in a goal type. A specific goal will be assigned a goal type.
