We use BizMerlinHR to conduct our Performance Reviews for both bonus and non-bonus eligible employees. The system is so flexible and easy to use. We built the performance templates and configured the assessment bars and scales exactly how we needed them for our particular process. And the system customizes the reviews with every employee´s individual goals with a couple of clicks! Managers and employees were very pleased with the overall experience.

And in the HR team, we were able to include all the needed information in the reports through the inbuilt report designer and could download the data to excel to feed the salary adjustment process. Reporting to our executive team was a breeze.

Our Resort has been working with BizMerlinHR since 2017, this system does it all for us. Our 4000+ members are able to use the self-service platform to access all of their information and records and use it to access a number of areas like reservations and online payment options. The automated workflows trigger different action items, and the automatic notifications keep the information flowing. It quickly hit me when I joined that I needed to first fix the administrative matters in my unit to free the team up to focus on the most important aspect of our work – people. The application is friendly and has been customized to suit our needs which is something the other software was unable or unwilling to accommodate. We all know, however, software is typically only as good as the people behind it since the human element has to imagine it, program it, and most important explain it. Melissa and her team of Diane, Brandon, and I am sure many I have not dealt with, were the driving force for me when it was time to choose a new HR platform. While I was not the final decision maker, I am the point person and she has been vital to Future Services Inc., since the first demo. I have never been a fan of live chat because over and over I have been disappointed with the support person because they were not able to understand my point of view in written form. Melissa and her team seem to understand my thought process with very little explanation and very few words in the chat format. I have found her very knowledgeable and excited about the program while training, implementing, and chatting with me. Not only does she understand me through chat, her knowledge is easily understandable to me as I read her responses. She is able to take this huge, looming, ominous, platform with all the bells and whistles, and help the client focus on the small one thing she or he needs to accomplish at that moment. All two or three times I had to call them, I got pretty much their top leadership or a very experienced product developer on the phone, who know everything inside out, and were able to help me in like 5 mins. Again, no drama, and this is their best aspect.
